TMZ Sports is reporting that 2005 WWE Diva Search Winner Ashley Massaro died by hanging, in what sources are calling an “apparent suicide.” The death has been classified as “non-criminal.”
Massaro was found in her Suffolk County, NY home on Thursday, and then rushed to a local hospital, where she was declared dead. She is survived by her daughter, Alexa.
PWInsider is reporting that Rey Mysterio was spotted in Birmingham, AL. The WWE United States Champion suffered a separated shoulder at Sunday’s Money In The Bank event, and is likely in Birmingham to get the injury diagnosed.
WWE is likely to address the future of the United States title next week.
All Elite Wrestling posted the recent match between Hangman Page & PAC from the May 18th WrestleGate Pro event in Nottingham. The match was originally scheduled for this weekend’s Double or Nothing event, but PAC withdrew, reportedly due to “creative differences.”

NWA National Heavyweight Champion Colt Cabana was attacked by Mark & Jay Briscoe on May 12th in Chicago, during Ring of Honor’s War of the Worlds Tour. The National Wrestling Alliance uploaded footage of the attack, ahead of Cabana’s title defense against Mark Briscoe on June 1st at Ring of Honor’s State of The Art.
The Briscoes attacked the NWA National Champion Colt Cabana and NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis in Chicago, IL at the Ring of Honor War of the Worlds tour. The Briscoes are considered the best tag team in the history of Ring of Honor Wrestling (ROH) and hoped to go on to win the Crockett Cup in Concord, NC in April of 2019. It was during the semi-finals vs. Brody King and PCO where Jay and Mark Briscoe were disqualified for using a steel chair. The attack continued including laying out referee Paul Turner and spitting on the legacy of the NWA. During a Colt Cabana defense of the NWA National Title vs. James Storm, the Briscoes attacked Cabana and continued to their attack on the National Wrestling Alliance. It was during this segment, Jay and Mark Briscoe called out the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis who was doing commentary on the Ring of Honor Television broadcast. It was during this verbal assault that it got physical with the NWA Champion and the Briscoes. The end result was the Briscoes laying out Cabana and Aldis.
